EMELY AND HER SISTER JANE

SIMPLY NEUTRALS # 17

Emely and her dear sister Jane, are here perpetuated,
after a most wonderful evening in theater .watching
The Danish Royal Ballet , where the beautiful
flower was given to Emely from a handsome young dancer !!

( the old flower is one of many I received from a sweet costumer, whom
had the box of beauty, from one of the seamstresses working behind the scenes
in The  Danish Royal Theater )

Emely believes in being independent and
free, we will see what happens to that idea, later !!!!

Layers of lovely laces  !!

******************************************
And here a card ,where I used the wonderful birds serviette again,
together with a tree stamp and some indispensable laces!!

In fact the "lace" is from an old curtain ,which for some years hung in my mothers
first house, on Bornholm.

Thank you dear Wen

For this number 17 #  Simply Neutrals,-how quickly time flies ,
but I so enjoy linking to your beautiful party!!

Something blue in between the journal pages !!

I created this card, from scraps of laces , a wonderful new
serviette ,I found last week,  a transferred drawn lady,
and added some pearls, and the blue rose, which I created from
seambinding !!

I just fell in love with the paper napkins, all in blue,
and also showing an old teapot, and cup, which I
will use another time !!

My sewing needs improvement I know, but I hope to
learn by doing !!

Here is the tiny rose, one cm, at each side.

Isen`t it wonderful , to be happy ,finding some serviettes,
to be used in my mixed media ,lol.

This weekend it is Valentines weekend, and I wish you all, out there,
a wonderful and maybe romantic weekend.

THIS WAS EMELY`S HOME !!

Yes we are back to the story of Emely, here in Wendy`s Simply Neutrals # 165

I want to show you the house she lived in, back then, a wonderful Londoner house.
I think the trees in the front have been beautiful ,looking at ,summer,
autumn, winter, and spring !!She lived in number 47, just as I did as child!!

Even it is difficult to see it here, I used many laces on top of each other, togethere with the
wonderful paper napkin tree, and the beautiful velvet flower ,which I have bought from
Liz -http://lululizinlalaland.blogspot.dk/ in her wonderful Etsy shop

The hearts are embroidered on my sewing mashine , and
shows the love she felt for this childhood place.

I hope you will visit Wendy, and all the others,- linking to this , her,
lovely party ,to see their very different, but amazing art.

I will be around again visiting you all, now Mathilde is back home ,again !!

Wishing you the most fantastic February, all.
